What you will do

• Build strong partnerships with Engineering leaders to support talent strategy, organizational design, and team health.
• Coach managers and provide HR guidance on performance management and development.
• Collaborate with internal HR teams to deliver effective HR programs.
• Partner with site leadership on culture and engagement initiatives.
• Utilize data and insights to inform decision-making and identify improvements.
• Support employee relations and labor topics compliant with local practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of People Partner experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Strong understanding of German employment law and local labor practices is essential.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
• Proficient in English (C1 equivalent) is required.

• Fluency in German is a plus.
