What you will do

• Manage the full HR function in Colombia, aligning people strategies with organizational goals.
• Oversee recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
• Implement and manage performance management systems and employee development initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement and retention through thoughtful programs and feedback loops.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR management or a closely related role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.
• Experience working with HRIS and recruitment software.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust.
• Experience working with multicultural or global teams.
