TL;DR

Chief People Officer (HR): Leading and scaling people operations for a global SaaS company, focusing on talent development, organizational structure, and culture evolution. Location: You can work from one of our offices in the United States, Poland, Romania or Ukraine, or remotely from many countries.

What you will do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team on people-related and organizational topics.
  • Shape and evolve company culture, balancing pace, clarity of roles, and shared accountability.
  • Support the design and evolution of organizational structures and operating models as the company grows internationally.
  • Partner with the CEO and Board on executive succession planning and targeted executive hiring.
  • Develop scalable employee experience practices informed by data, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in senior HR / People leadership roles, including at the Chief People Officer level.
  • Extensive experience within global SaaS or technology organizations of 500+ employees.
  • Experience supporting organizations through M&A, IPOs, or major liquidity events.
  • Strong background in leadership coaching, executive development, and organizational capability building.
  • Experience scaling organizations across multiple regions and cultures.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Eastern Europe operations is beneficial.
