TL;DR

Revenue Operations Specialist (SaaS): Acts as the operational backbone for Customer Success Managers and Account Managers, owning the operating cadence and rhythms for these teams with an accent on core processes and initiatives. Focus on ensuring teams run smoothly day-to-day while continuously improving customer retention, growth, and expansion.

Location: Hybrid - Prague (minimum of 2-3 days a week from the office), München

What you will do

  • Run the operational cadence for Customer Success, ensuring cadences are outcome-driven, action-oriented, and consistently executed.
  • Design, document, and continuously optimize Customer Success playbooks (e.g. Onboarding, Adoption, Expansion, Renewal) to drive customer retention, efficient growth, and predictable revenue impact.
  • Partner with the Analytics team to frame performance questions and analyses, and translate insights into initiatives, process changes, or execution improvements.
  • Collaborate with the GTM Tools & Innovation team to ensure the GTM tech stack serves as the best possible foundation for operations and leverages new GTM technologies.
  • Act as a trusted sparring partner to Customer Success leaders, providing insight-backed operational recommendations to support individuals and leadership in hitting their targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years in Revenue or Customer Success Operations in a B2B SaaS environment in a mature RevOps organization; hands-on experience as a customer success manager or account manager is a plus
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS Customer Success and Account Management operating cadences, from customer health scoring to renewal forecasting, and from performance management to annual target setting.
  • Proven experience in leading GTM initiatives without direct authority that had measurable business impact.
  • Fluency in B2B SaaS metrics and funnel models, especially for product-led growth and sales-led growth SaaS businesses.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for closely collaborating with individual contributors and up to C-level executives.
  • Experience operating across EMEA and US regions.
  • Business fluent in English.
