What you will do
- Own and manage a large portfolio of approximately 125 medium to large enterprise customers.
- Drive customer value, adoption, and engagement post-implementation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their lifecycle.
- Proactively manage renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
- Identify and escalate renewal risks early.
- Collaborate with implementation, support, and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role.
- Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
- Commercially sharp and confident in renewal and expansion conversations.
- Native Dutch speaking and fluent in English.
- Available as a freelance or ad interim professional from April to December.
- Comfortable managing large portfolios with significant revenue responsibility.
