What you will do

  • Own and manage a large portfolio of approximately 125 medium to large enterprise customers.
  • Drive customer value, adoption, and engagement post-implementation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their lifecycle.
  • Proactively manage renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Identify and escalate renewal risks early.
  • Collaborate with implementation, support, and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
  • Commercially sharp and confident in renewal and expansion conversations.
  • Native Dutch speaking and fluent in English.
  • Available as a freelance or ad interim professional from April to December.
  • Comfortable managing large portfolios with significant revenue responsibility.
