What you will do
- Drive commercial growth for hirify.global’s solutions in Dutch hospitals by translating customer needs into compelling value propositions and successful implementations.
- Own the full account lifecycle: account analysis, stakeholder mapping, relationship management, and long-term account development.
- Lead customer engagements end-to-end, including discovery, proposal support, procurement navigation, and coordination of internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and rollout.
- Represent hirify.global externally at events, conferences, and professional education programs; strengthen hirify.global’s presence and credibility in the hospital ecosystem.
- Provide structured market feedback to Product, Marketing, and Strategy teams to improve positioning, messaging, and roadmap prioritization.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales, tech consulting, customer success, solutions consulting, or other customer-facing roles in a cloud/SaaS environment—ideally with exposure to hospitals/healthcare or similarly regulated environments.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders (clinical, IT, procurement, management) and build trusted relationships.
- Solid technical understanding and curiosity—you can grasp technical concepts and explain them clearly. No specific technical degree required.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.

- Existing network in the Dutch hospital ecosystem (e.g., hospitals, associations, innovation hubs, healthcare accelerators).
- Background in healthcare, paramedical practice, clinical operations, or experience in a health-tech/startup environment.
