What you will do

• Own and evolve product launch cadence, frameworks, and quality bars.
• Partner with Product Managers to maintain accurate, consistent, and usable roadmaps.
• Run cross-functional product rituals across Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Marketing.
• Ensure products are clearly documented, correctly staged, and sellable.
• Transform operational signals (support issues, sales blockers) into structured inputs for product planning.
• Continuously improve how product execution scales as the platform grows.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in Product Ops, BizOps, Program Management, or Product.
• Experience working with complex B2B, SaaS, or cloud platforms.
• Comfortable designing processes, cadences, and frameworks.
• Ability to bring clarity across teams without owning the roadmap.
• Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud infrastructure, regional rollouts, or usage-based products.
• Experience setting up product operations in a scaling organization.
