What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple clients, building strong relationships and managing expectations.
- Elicit, analyze, and document client requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility for development.
- Translate client needs into detailed specifications and user stories for the development team.
- Manage the scope, schedule, and budget for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Facilitate clear communication between clients, project management, and technical teams.
- Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks and technical risks, proposing mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role, preferably in a consulting or agency environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and independently.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex technical concepts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to elicit and document clear, concise requirements.
- Experience working with technical teams and a solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
