What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple clients, building strong relationships and managing expectations.
• Elicit, analyze, and document client requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility for development.
• Translate client needs into detailed specifications and user stories for the development team.
• Manage the scope, schedule, and budget for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Facilitate clear communication between clients, project management, and technical teams.
• Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks and technical risks, proposing mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role, preferably in a consulting or agency environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and independently.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex technical concepts.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to elicit and document clear, concise requirements.
• Experience working with technical teams and a solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
