What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple clients, managing expectations and building strong relationships.
- Elicit, analyze, and document client requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility for highly technical projects.
- Translate client needs into detailed specifications and user stories for the development team.
- Manage the scope, schedule, and budget for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Facilitate clear communication and proactively identify/address roadblocks between clients, project management, and technical teams.
- Contribute to client product roadmaps based on technical feasibility and insights, identifying and assessing potential technical risks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or Business Analyst, preferably in a consulting or agency environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and independently.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex technical concepts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to elicit and document clear, concise requirements.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and experience working with technical teams.
