Senior Product Manager (SaaS)

TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (SaaS): Taking full ownership of the product roadmap, driving execution, and aligning stakeholders to build products that solve real problems for SMBs and B2B agencies with an accent on data-backed reasoning and measurable outcomes. Focus on identifying cross-sell opportunities and scaling the product from €20M to €50M ARR.

Location: Hybrid in or near Rotterdam. We work hybrid, but believe in regular face-to-face collaboration.

What you will do

• Take full ownership of the product roadmap and delivery planning.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
• Deeply understand our users (especially SMBs and agencies) to build products that solve real problems.
• Monitor product performance and continuously optimize based on data.
• Translate strategy into concrete initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Help hirify.global scale from €20M to €50M ARR, including identifying cross-sell opportunities with other companies in the team.blue portfolio.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Product Management, product design, and/or product delivery.
• Proven experience in SaaS and multi-product environments.
• Track record of launching and growing B2B products, ideally for SMBs or digital agencies.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
