Product Manager (IT)

What you will do

• Define and deliver roadmaps for multiple IT topic areas within the hirify.global Library.
• Identify trends, customer pain points, and emerging technology to create new solutions.
• Design and build hirify.global Library packs end-to-end, from concept to ready-to-use solutions.
• Ship solutions rapidly, leveraging hirify.global's platform capabilities without relying on extensive engineering cycles.
• Track adoption, usage patterns, and customer outcomes for continuous iteration.
• Craft compelling product pitches and collaborate across Product, Sales, and Customer Success.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Enterprise IT or IT Consulting, especially in Digital Workplace, End-User Computing, or IT Operations.
• Experience at Senior Consultant or Consultant level at IT consulting firms is highly valued.
• Proven ability to structure complex IT problems, uncover insights, and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Broad understanding of modern enterprise IT environments, including workplace technology, IT service delivery, endpoint management, identity, and cloud-based collaboration platforms.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to convey value and frame business context.
• Entrepreneurial, self-directed, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
