What you will do

• Drive the cohesive cross-platform product experience, including onboarding, navigation, and core functionalities.
• Define and evolve information architecture, mental model, and customer journeys across product areas.
• Create prototypes and high-fidelity designs using AI, ready for engineering implementation.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative user research and experiments to validate concepts.
• Craft key UX microcopy and product messaging within the UI.
• Collaborate with engineering and PM counterparts throughout the full product development cycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management with a background in product design, UX, or hybrid UX-PM, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong hands-on UX skills in designing customer journeys, flows, and interaction patterns; proven ability to produce prototypes and high-fidelity designs ready for implementation.
• Experience running qualitative and quantitative user research and experiments.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using product analytics tools and SQL, comfortable using AI tools for prototyping and iteration.
• Comfortable collaborating deeply with engineers, writing clear PRDs, and owning work through implementation; familiarity with HTML/CSS and modern front-end development.
• Must be physically located within Europe.
