What you will do

• Own and execute high-impact operational programs that align business goals with engineering delivery.
• Partner with Engineering to identify, design, and implement automations that improve internal workflows and operational efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements for automation, AI tools, and systems integrations.
• Establish metrics and dashboards to measure operational performance, automation impact, and ROI.
• Drive continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned, standardizing best practices, and scaling what works.
• Act as a connective layer between engineering leadership and business teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability.

Requirements

• ~5+ years of experience in business operations, program management, technical program management, or a related role with 1+ years focus on AI automation
• Strong familiarity with software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Proven experience leading complex initiatives from concept through execution, including planning, prioritization, and resource coordination
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with engineers and understand technical tradeoffs without needing to write production code
• Experience designing or supporting automation initiatives, systems integrations, or AI-enabled workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
