What you will do

• Map current-state processes and build end-to-end automation workflows to reduce manual work across GTM and operations.
• Develop and deploy AI agents, copilots, and automation tools using LLMs as first-class components of operational systems.
• Connect tools, data sources, and workflows across the tech stack to ensure seamless data flow and real-time insights.
• Create scalable frameworks and establish best practices for automation governance and performance tracking.
• Monitor workflow performance and translate ambiguous stakeholder problems into structured, executable solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or Israel.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in workflow automation, AI operations, RevOps, or a technical GTM role.
• Hands-on experience building production workflows using platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or Workato.
• Practical experience applying AI and LLM tools (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, etc.) to real operational workflows.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to connect processes, data, and tools into integrated solutions.
• Ability to move quickly from idea to prototype to production with a bias toward simplification.

Nice to have

• Experience with APIs, data pipelines, or low-code/no-code platforms.
• Exposure to CRM, support, or operational SaaS systems.
• Background in operations, systems design, or process improvement.
