Location: Currently, staff are expected to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time, requiring a location in San Francisco, CA or Washington, DC.

Salary: $230,000 - $230,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and maintain policy collateral, including position summaries and FAQs.
• Execute processes to build organizational consensus on technical policy positions.
• Partner with federal, state, and international affairs teams to execute public affairs strategies.
• Anticipate emerging policy issues and proactively develop hirify.global's perspective.
• Coordinate messaging across internal and external materials to ensure consistency in hirify.global's policy brand and voice.
• Build knowledge management and databases that make hirify.global's policy work scalable, coordinated, and accessible to internal teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in corporate public affairs, management consulting, or similar environments.
• Excellent writing skills to synthesize complex technical material into clear language.
• Interest or background in visual communication and policy fluency or interest in tech policy.
• Experience driving cross-functional projects and building consensus.
• Strong organizational skills and time management.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
