What you will do
- Partner with Sales, Partnership, and Procurement teams to lead and close complex, high-value enterprise B2B transactions.
- Serve as an authority on AI-related contracting terms, including data protection, privacy, and security.
- Design and implement scalable commercial processes by automating legal workflows within hirify.global.
- Partner with Sales and Finance leadership on forecasting and legal capacity planning.
- Represent hirify.global as a thought leader and "Legal Tech Evangelist" at industry conferences and events.
- Lead, mentor, and build a world-class commercial legal team.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership is required.
- 12+ years of legal experience, ideally a mix of top-tier firm and high-growth SaaS in-house, managing sophisticated commercial transactions.
- Prior management experience is required.
- Proven ability to balance rigorous legal protection with commercial needs for speed.
- Deep intellectual curiosity regarding AI, data protection, and privacy, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear contract language.
- Proven ability to lead and project manage cross-functional, strategic initiatives.
