Salary: $90,000 - $136,000 including a fixed annual salary of $85,000 - $125,000, an employee equity plan grant.

What you will do
- Streamline and automate Ops workflows, identifying inefficiencies and implementing AI-enabled automations.
- Build internal tools, often AI-assisted, to improve decision-making and remove bottlenecks.
- Measure the impact of changes, iterate quickly, and drive improvements against team goals.
- Collaborate with GTM, Solutions, Product, and Engineering teams to understand pain points and align on outcomes.
- Learn the ins and outs of hirify.global’s platform and internal tools to accelerate improvements.
