Salary: $10,076 – $11,154 per month + Equity

What you will do
- Build strong relationships across Legal and cross-functional partners, becoming a trusted partner to senior leaders.
- Communicate clearly and efficiently, tailoring messages for internal executives to external counsel.
- Own high-volume calendars and priorities for multiple leaders, making smart tradeoffs as priorities shift.
- Operate with discretion and independence, improving workflows and surfacing risks early.
Requirements
- 3+ years in an EA/ABP or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience supporting multiple senior leaders with complex, cross-functional portfolios.
- Comfort working across Legal’s core areas: AI policy, antitrust and international, commercial and legal ops, and product and research.
- Strong calendar management for high-stakes internal/external meetings.
- Strong execution and attention to detail, including lightweight tracking systems and follow-through.
- Excellent communication, sound judgment, and high discretion.
- Independent, collaborative, and tool-fluent (Slack + Google Workspace).
