Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 Annually

What you will do

• Lead development and execution of strategic marketing plans across various channels, including digital, social, PR, and paid media.
• Collaborate closely with product, operations, creative design, and data analysis teams to ensure marketing strategies align with company objectives.
• Oversee content creation and execution strategies, including game trailers, social media assets, and other marketing collateral.
• Spearhead department and project budget planning, recommending paid media spend and overseeing campaign pacing.
• Monitor industry trends in gaming, social media, and digital marketing, adapting strategies to stay current and competitive.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all marketing project-related communication, facilitating collaboration across teams and with Chinese partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (7+ years) in marketing roles within the gaming or entertainment industries.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social, and paid media.
• Strong project management skills with experience overseeing budgets and timelines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• In-depth knowledge of current trends in gaming and digital marketing.

• Master’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
