TL;DR

Sales Enablement Program Manager (API): Designing and executing global enablement programs for hirify.global's go-to-market teams with an accent on improving rep productivity, accelerating new hire ramp, and strengthening manager effectiveness. Focus on leading cross-functional initiatives, driving change management, and leveraging data to optimize enablement impact across regions.

Location: This role is based in hirify.global's San Francisco office and requires 3 days a week in-office attendance.

Salary: $117,000–$143,000

What you will do

  • Own and execute cross-functional enablement projects end-to-end, from intake through delivery and measurement.
  • Design and deliver scalable enablement initiatives for continuous learning, onboarding, and field readiness.
  • Lead programmatic initiatives aligned to business priorities, including skills development and product knowledge.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with clear scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual enablement sessions for global teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive enablement projects aligned to performance data and business priorities.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years in Revenue Enablement at a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
  • Strong project management rigor and ability to translate direction into structured plans.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and embracing change.
  • Strong presentation skills for large, cross-functional, and global audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in an in-person office environment and value in-person collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of sales motions and sales methodologies.
  • Technical acumen and comfort enabling teams selling complex products.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a customer-facing go-to-market role (Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering).
  • Experience with enablement tools such as Highspot, Gong, Skilljar, and Aircover.
  • Familiarity with hirify.global, developer tools, APIs, or the software development lifecycle.
