What you will do

• Lead a growing team of application engineers with a hands-on leadership approach.
• Bring strong technical expertise in large-scale distributed systems and guide teams through complex technical transitions.

Requirements

• Management Experience: Preferably 2+ years of managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to recruit, retain, and grow top engineering talent.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mentor engineering teams with excellent communication skills.
• Significant hands-on experience in building scalable, robust, and fault-tolerant systems and full-stack products, preferably on JVM or PHP stacks.
• Strong understanding of product development principles and a customer-centric approach.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for creative solutions.
