What you will do

• Own the platform vision and roadmap, acting as a product owner for internal solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of platform engineers.
• Drive predictable delivery of platform initiatives using agile practices.
• Improve developer velocity through standardized libraries, CI/CD tooling, and testing frameworks.
• Define and enforce architectural standards and engineering best practices.
• Lead research and implementation of AI-assisted developer tooling and foundational LLM frameworks.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in an engineering management role.
• Strong technical background in building platforms, shared services, or internal developer tooling.
• Experience acting as a product owner or technical lead for platforms.
• Experience with Java-based platforms and modern CI/CD systems.
• Experience working in cloud-native environments (AWS preferred).

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and secure software development.
