What you will do
- Own the platform vision and roadmap, acting as a product owner for internal solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of platform engineers.
- Drive predictable delivery of platform initiatives using agile practices.
- Improve developer velocity through standardized libraries, CI/CD tooling, and testing frameworks.
- Define and enforce architectural standards and engineering best practices.
- Lead research and implementation of AI-assisted developer tooling and foundational LLM frameworks.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in an engineering management role.
- Strong technical background in building platforms, shared services, or internal developer tooling.
- Experience acting as a product owner or technical lead for platforms.
- Experience with Java-based platforms and modern CI/CD systems.
- Experience working in cloud-native environments (AWS preferred).

- Experience in fintech or other regulated industries.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and secure software development.
