What you will do

• Lead and manage multiple engineering teams, including Backend Core and GenAI Core.
• Work closely with Product Managers to set vision and direction for product teams.
• Drive delivery and outcomes across your engineering teams.
• Continuously improve the environment and processes for product development.
• Align technology direction within your area and across the company.
• Represent engineering in key initiatives and projects, ensuring successful delivery.

Requirements

• Passion for people management, with a focus on individual and team growth.
• Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to design and optimize teams and processes for maximum efficiency.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Possess a technologist's mindset and comfortable with technical discussions.
• English: B2+ required.
