Salary: $264,000–$310,000 USD

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with significant leadership responsibility, including managing engineering managers or multiple teams.
• Strong background with distributed systems and software architecture.
• Familiarity with modern languages and event-driven systems.
• Demonstrated success working with product, design, data, and other engineering teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.
• Proven ability to drive complex technical initiatives from inception through delivery in a structured and measurable way.
• Clear, structured communicator capable of aligning diverse stakeholders across teams and geographies.
