What you will do

• Drive the end-to-end recruitment process for the Securiti AI team.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership on recruitment strategies.
• Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, salary benchmarks, and talent hotspots.
• Manage job postings in Greenhouse ATS and maintain meticulous records.
• Champion a positive candidate journey with timely feedback and transparent communication.
• Prepare regular recruitment progress reports, analyze pipeline metrics, and identify areas for process improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within cybersecurity or enterprise software environments.
• Expertise in leveraging applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse) and advanced sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
• Robust understanding of the IT recruitment landscape, including emerging trends and market dynamics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven hiring decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, managing multiple requisitions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
