Focus on recruitment, pipeline growth, and achieving significant revenue goals by enabling partners through training and co-marketing initiatives.

Location: Remote - Canada

Salary: CA$96K – CA$120K

What you will do

  • Source and engage new partnership prospects including MSPs, IT firms, legal and contract consultants.
  • Drive partner-sourced opportunities, deal registrations, and pipeline growth.
  • Educate and train partners on hirify.global’s offerings, value proposition, and strategic vision.
  • Collaborate on co-marketing initiatives and events to increase visibility and demand generation.
  • Support onboarding and activation of new channel partners.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for each partner’s customers, providing insights on legal industry trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience with 1 year in Partner Sales, Business Development, Reseller Partnerships, Partnership Management, or Channel Partnerships.
  • Proven experience working with and managing a medium-high volume of channel partners.
  • Exceptional recruitment and discovery skills, utilizing a consultative approach to drive partnerships and sales.
  • Demonstrated history as a top performer, consistently exceeding targets and quotas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active and effective listening.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong desire to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

  • A network of channel partners that work in the legal industry.
  • LegalTech experience.
  • Enterprise or Mid-Sized experience in partnerships or sales.
  • Experience working with Hubspot and Crossbeam.
