Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 base + £30,000 OTE

What you will do
- Own revenue across your accounts, driving measurable customer value, retention, and growth.
- Identify and close expansion opportunities through strategic account planning and stakeholder engagement.
- Act as a product and technical expert for hirify.global’s platform, coaching customers on best practices.
- Partner with customer success leaders and executives to ensure value realization from hirify.global.
- Map and influence cross-functional customer stakeholders across various teams.
- Collaborate internally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure deliverables are met.
- Contribute to iterating on customer growth processes to set benchmarks for excellence.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role within a SaaS environment.
- Strong technical aptitude, comfortable learning complex software and explaining technical concepts.
- Proven track record achieving commercial targets, including renewals and expansion.
- Exceptional communication skills, with confidence presenting to large audiences and senior stakeholders.
- Experience building outcome-driven customer success plans and managing multiple workstreams.
- Organised and proactive, able to prioritise accounts effectively in a fast-moving environment.
