TL;DR

Account Manager (AI/ML): Partnering with customers to drive revenue, adoption, and value realization for an AI/ML platform, with an accent on commercial negotiations and strategic account planning. Focus on building credibility with customer success leaders, identifying expansion opportunities, and contributing to the future of customer growth.

Location: Hybrid, based in London, UK (3 days a week in the office).

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 base + £30,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Own revenue across your accounts, driving measurable customer value, retention, and growth.
  • Identify and close expansion opportunities through strategic account planning and stakeholder engagement.
  • Act as a product and technical expert for hirify.global’s platform, coaching customers on best practices.
  • Partner with customer success leaders and executives to ensure value realization from hirify.global.
  • Map and influence cross-functional customer stakeholders across various teams.
  • Collaborate internally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Contribute to iterating on customer growth processes to set benchmarks for excellence.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude, comfortable learning complex software and explaining technical concepts.
  • Proven track record achieving commercial targets, including renewals and expansion.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with confidence presenting to large audiences and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience building outcome-driven customer success plans and managing multiple workstreams.
  • Organised and proactive, able to prioritise accounts effectively in a fast-moving environment.
