TL;DR

Location: Remote (North America - USA & Canada, with up to 30% travel)

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 CAD base

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals with district leaders.
  • Represent hirify.global at conferences and in-person meetings with educational decision-makers.
  • Understand district needs regarding math achievement, funding, and teacher support, linking them to hirify.global's solution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (district success, marketing, product) to share insights and refine sales strategies.
  • Act as an owner, identifying and solving problems to contribute to company building.

Requirements

  • Deep care for public education and belief in math as a gateway to opportunity.
  • Sales experience, preferably 4+ years in software sales (EdTech experience is a bonus).
  • Competitive drive and a disciplined approach to achieving results.
  • Proactive, self-starting attitude with a focus on ownership and urgency.
  • Ability to conduct cold calls and connect with new prospects.
  • Must be based in North America (USA or Canada) and able to travel up to 30%.
