What you will do

• Provide overall engagement and program leadership for multi-solution Adobe Experience Cloud implementations.
• Own day-to-day client engagement management, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Act as a functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) across Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
• Manage scope, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones across multiple teams.
• Provide functional leadership across solutions such as Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Analytics, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
• Drive alignment between client teams, delivery teams, and leadership.

Requirements

• Location: This is a hybrid role located in Dallas, TX.
• 10+ years of experience in marketing technology or data-driven program delivery.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud in a functional or consulting role.
• Proven experience leading large, complex enterprise client engagements.
• Strong functional understanding of AEP, CJA, CDP, and related Experience Cloud capabilities.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise-scale Adobe Experience Cloud programs.
• Adobe certifications (CJA, AEP, or related solutions).
• Consulting or system integrator background.
