What you will do

• Manage and execute deployment plans during production, handling issues and escalations.
• Coordinate engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure high-quality and fast-paced SaaS product releases.
• Onboard internal customers to the Release Engineering platform.
• Assist with requirements and processes for the automated release platform.
• Communicate release status, action items, updates, and public announcements to support teams.
• Monitor release phase progress using metrics and continuously improve processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Program/Project Management experience with Software Engineering teams.
• Proven experience partnering with product and support teams.
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related technical discipline.
• Must be able to work onsite in Menlo Park, California, USA.
