Salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead implementation projects, aligning client needs with platform capabilities.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients from point of sale through to deployment.
• Gather system requirements and business objectives, providing guidance on best practices.
• Identify and analyze project risks and dependencies on an ongoing basis.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, CS Engineers, Product, and Account teams.
• Maintain detailed project plans and report status to management as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Implementation Manager/Project Manager (3+ years).
• Strong understanding of SaaS and the technology industry.
• Knowledge of HR.
• Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
• Strong problem-solving, client-facing, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a strong work ethic.
