What you will do
- Partner with Account Executives to support the full sales cycle, focusing on technical validation and solution alignment.
- Deliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations leveraging prospect data, workflows, and relevant case studies.
- Translate complex product capabilities into clear, outcome-driven stories that resonate with accounting firm leaders.
- Configure and customize demo environments to showcase client-specific use cases and solve prospect challenges.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to refine demo scripts and competitive positioning.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by answering technical questions and addressing objections.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing pre-sales, solution engineering, or consulting role (SaaS or B2B software preferred).
- Ability to quickly learn complex products and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills with a focus on business outcomes.
- Comfort configuring and tailoring software demos to address unique client scenarios.
- Collaborative mindset with proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including RFP responses and technical documentation.
