TL;DR

Account Executive (Fintech): Managing a book of business and building an end-to-end sales pipeline within a specific territory with an accent on prospecting, market research, and relationship building. Location: Remote within the U.S.A., specifically in the Sarasota, FL area, with 25% travel within the territory required.

Salary: $83,700 base with $163,700 on-target earnings.

What you will do

  • Manage a book of business, build and manage an end-to-end sales pipeline, and meet or exceed quotas.
  • Establish a presence in the territory, research the market, and develop a networking plan.
  • Proactively prospect for new business by leveraging market research and sales tools.
  • Communicate the value proposition to potential customers.
  • Suggest innovative ideas to generate sales, improve customer experience, and advocate for product development.
  • Be an ambassador of hirify.global and strive to gain knowledge of the product suite.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Account Executive position and 1 year of experience managing a consultative sales cycle and closing.
  • Experience in Lead generation for B2B in a high-velocity setting (i.e., SaaS, PEO, Fintech).
  • Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, and/or ZoomInfo is required; experience with Outreach.io and/or Hubspot is a plus.
  • Cold-calling experience is required.
  • Must have a hunter mentality focused on acquiring new prospects and closing deals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
