TL;DR
Director of Sales (SaaS): Driving key revenue streams through new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion with an accent on sales and pipeline development strategies. Focus on optimizing team performance, closing opportunities, and identifying new business growth opportunities to achieve revenue growth and market share.
Location: Hybrid (3 days in office) in Austin, Texas

What you will do
- Develop 's sales and pipeline development strategies to achieve new customer acquisition and ACV targets.
- Mentor, coach, and support Account Executives to optimize team performance and improve revenue acquisition.
- Assist Account Executives in closing opportunities and partner with Customer Success to drive venue expansion.
- Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management, implementing recommendations for optimization.
- Recruit, hire, and train new team members on the sales process.
- Present new business growth opportunities, including analysis of new verticals, geographies, and required investments.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in building B2B SaaS sales strategies and collaborative execution with cross-functional teams.
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in SaaS business.
- Must be based in Austin, Texas, and able to work in a hybrid (3 days in office) role.
- Involvement in scaling an organization from $20M to $100M+ in revenue and developing effective sales teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an exceptional ability to build relationships.
- Experience using CRM and productivity tools like Salesforce and Google Workspace.
