What you will do
- Support the planning and execution of tradeshows, regional events, customer events, executive meetings, and internal gatherings.
- Manage event logistics including registration, shipping, booth assets, swag, travel coordination, and on-site support.
- Maintain detailed event timelines, run-of-show documents, and project plans to ensure flawless execution.
- Partner closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams for campaign alignment.
- Assist with event setup and tracking in Salesforce and Marketo for lead capture, campaign attribution, and post-event reporting.
- Help manage vendor relationships, support contract coordination, and track event budgets and expenses.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in events marketing, field marketing, or B2B marketing coordination.
- Hands-on experience supporting tradeshows, field events, webinars, or customer events.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple events and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with marketing and event tools such as Asana, Salesforce, Marketo/HubSpot, Cvent, or Splash.
