What you will do
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of global sponsored and hosted events, ensuring high-quality execution aligned with company objectives.
- Project manage all aspects of event marketing, planning, and logistics, including campaign strategy, product positioning, and on-site execution.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to plan, create, and coordinate events from concept through completion.
- Manage event deliverables from start to finish, including budget development, materials production, staffing, and post-event reporting.
- Lead venue sourcing, evaluation, and contracting, negotiating and managing all venue and vendor agreements.
- Oversee sponsorship execution and deliverables, including booth design, branded collateral, and speaker/content coordination.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience delivering event executions and hosting full events.
- Expert communication skills for effective collaboration and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- An understanding of budget management and the importance of accurately reporting on expenditures.
- Must be based in London, UK and some travel is required.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of event tech and martech (e.g., Salesforce, Cvent, Jira).
- Understanding of events performance metrics and ROI reporting.
- Global experience is desirable.
