What you will do
- Own the SaaSpreneur avatar and develop a deep understanding of SaaS founders.
- Translate customer insights into actionable growth strategies and experiments.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success teams to improve onboarding, adoption, and retention for SaaSpreneurs.
- Create educational content (workshops, training, presentations, guides) tailored to SaaS founders.
- Host live and virtual workshops to help SaaSpreneurs succeed on the platform.
- Represent HighLevel at conferences, meetups, and industry events.
Requirements
- Strong interest in SaaS, startups, and software entrepreneurs.
- Comfort speaking publicly on stage, on camera, and in live workshops.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and ask thoughtful questions.
- Strategic thinking paired with a bias toward execution.
- Clear, confident communication skills (written and verbal).
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, lifecycle, or product-led growth roles.
