For NYC, 3 days onsite encouraged. For other cities, quarterly Work Together Days are encouraged. This role requires active work authorization in the US.
Salary: $170,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with company goals and sales objectives.
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels including email, paid media, SEM, and paid social.
- Drive top-of-funnel and mid-funnel growth through high-quality lead generation and nurturing programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize lead quality, routing, and conversion rates.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing with proven ability to achieve lead and pipeline growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEM, paid advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Analytical mindset with strong quantitative skills to guide strategic decisions.
- Experience in B2B, Healthcare, SaaS, or technology industries is a plus.
- Active work authorization in the US is required.
