TL;DR

Director, Growth Marketing (Healthcare/SaaS): Leading demand generation efforts to drive pipeline and revenue growth through integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Focus on developing comprehensive strategies, optimizing funnel performance, and utilizing data-driven insights to achieve maximum ROI and conversion rates.

Location: Remote, with primary operations in the New York Metropolitan area, NY, and remotely via San Francisco/Bay Area, CA, Seattle, WA, Boston, MA, Chicago, IL, and Washington, D.C. For NYC, 3 days onsite encouraged. For other cities, quarterly Work Together Days are encouraged. This role requires active work authorization in the US.

Salary: $170,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with company goals and sales objectives.
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels including email, paid media, SEM, and paid social.
  • Drive top-of-funnel and mid-funnel growth through high-quality lead generation and nurturing programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize lead quality, routing, and conversion rates.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing with proven ability to achieve lead and pipeline growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEM, paid advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with strong quantitative skills to guide strategic decisions.
  • Experience in B2B, Healthcare, SaaS, or technology industries is a plus.
  • Active work authorization in the US is required.
