What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 1-2 Product Marketers, building expertise in specific market areas.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to develop sales tools, enablement resources, and collateral.
• Drive all product launches and ensure organizational GTM readiness.
• Develop comprehensive launch plans including messaging, positioning, content, and training.
• Coordinate timing and execution of product launches aligned with business objectives.
• Create new ways of working like GTM & Product Councils for stakeholder alignment and feedback.

Requirements

• Experience within SaaS B2B companies.
• 10+ years of Product Marketing or relevant experience (at least 5 direct PMM).
• 3+ years of team leadership experience.
• Experience crafting compelling, value-driven product and partnerships messaging and positioning.
• Technical competence in understanding product functionality.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into compelling stories.
• English: B2 required
