What you will do

• Develop and own the global top of funnel marketing strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing digital marketing team.
• Build multi-channel demand generation programs, overseeing paid acquisition.
• Drive organic growth initiatives, particularly AEO/SEO, to increase presence.
• Manage marketing automation, Martech stack optimization, and attribution.
• Own website strategy, UX, conversion paths, and lead A/B testing for CRO.

Requirements

• AI Native: proven hands-on experience using AI to drive efficiency, productivity, and innovation in digital marketing.
• 3-5+ years in B2B SaaS digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of digital funnel optimization, demand generation, and revenue-driven marketing.
• Experience marketing to technical audiences (developers, engineers, IT, product teams).
• Strong hands-on experience with paid acquisition, SEO, marketing automation, and web strategy.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
