Senior Customer Marketing Manager (SaaS): Developing and executing customer marketing strategies aligned to hirify.global’s product categories, working closely with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, and GTM teams with an accent on customer storytelling and building trusted, long-term relationships. Location: Requires a hybrid work schedule with regular in-person attendance at our Menlo Park or New York City office.

What you will do
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with hirify.global’s top customers and telling their stories in ways that create mutual value.
- Execute high-touch customer marketing campaigns with hirify.global’s most strategic and visible customers, including executive-level engagements.
- Develop and scale customer advocacy content, including case studies, videos, testimonials, webinars, blogs, event activations, and speaker engagements.
- Strategically recruit, nurture, and manage customer advocates, maintaining an ongoing communication and engagement cadence.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of customer marketing campaigns and programs.
Requirements
- A customer-centric mindset with a strong bias toward action and ownership.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle and the role customer marketing plays across acquisition, expansion, and retention.
- Technical curiosity and comfort learning new products and use cases, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Product and Product Marketing teams.
- Demonstrated experience building relationships with enterprise customers, from practitioners to executive leaders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong storytelling instincts.
Nice to have
- 8+ years of experience in customer marketing, product marketing, executive programs, or related B2B marketing roles
- Experience running high-touch customer or executive marketing programs
- Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders with confidence and credibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Experience with Google Suite, Salesforce, Tableau, and Wrike
