What you will do
- Manage a book of business and an end-to-end sales pipeline to meet or exceed quotas.
- Establish presence and network within the Orlando territory to reach the entrepreneur community.
- Proactively prospect for new business using market research, sales tools, and cold outreach.
- Communicate hirify.global' value proposition to potential customers effectively.
- Act as the voice of future customers, suggesting sales generation ideas and advocating for product development.
- Travel within the Orlando territory (up to 25%) for networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Account Executive experience required, with 1 year managing a complete and consultative sales cycle and closing deals.
- Experience in B2B lead generation within high-velocity settings (SaaS, PEO, Fintech) is essential.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo is required.
- Demonstrated cold-calling experience and a strong hunter mentality for new prospects are mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
- Ability to simplify complex topics and apply creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
