What you will do

  • Engage with new prospective customers and represent hirify.global across your region, identifying business opportunities.
  • Identify key decision makers and qualify new business through cold calling, event recruitment, and high-level prospecting.
  • Articulate the value proposition and help customers understand how it improves their information security.
  • Earn trust and develop relationships with senior executives by displaying knowledge and professionalism.
  • Meet set targets and work closely with Marketing and Sales on a variety of sales campaigns.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual KPIs consistently and book direct one-to-one meetings.

Requirements

  • Strong execution of sales plays and confident cold calling ability, with the skill to pivot and handle objections.
  • Ability to analyze account data to strategically map territories and manage weekly execution.
  • Proficiency in sales tools and features, including Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with collaborating internal teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales quotas.
  • Must be able to work 50% of the time in the Charlotte office.
  • Eligible to work in the USA.
