What you will do
- Engage with new prospective customers and represent hirify.global across your region, identifying business opportunities.
- Identify key decision makers and qualify new business through cold calling, event recruitment, and high-level prospecting.
- Articulate the value proposition and help customers understand how it improves their information security.
- Earn trust and develop relationships with senior executives by displaying knowledge and professionalism.
- Meet set targets and work closely with Marketing and Sales on a variety of sales campaigns.
- Achieve quarterly and annual KPIs consistently and book direct one-to-one meetings.
Requirements
- Strong execution of sales plays and confident cold calling ability, with the skill to pivot and handle objections.
- Ability to analyze account data to strategically map territories and manage weekly execution.
- Proficiency in sales tools and features, including Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Ability to build strong relationships with collaborating internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales quotas.
- Must be able to work 50% of the time in the Charlotte office.
