What you will do

• Own and build strategic relationships with global systems integrators actively engaging with Cursor.
• Convert early usage and interest into defined go-to-market motions and revenue outcomes.
• Work directly with partner teams on enterprise opportunities, deployments, and customer expansion.
• Define engagement models between GSIs and Cursor Sales, Solutions, and GTM teams.
• Personally drive early execution while shaping a repeatable GSI operating model.
• Establish clear success metrics and track partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.

Requirements

• 8+ years of direct experience working with major GSIs in AI, cloud, or enterprise software contexts.
• Existing senior-level relationships within top consulting or systems integration firms.
• Proven ability to turn services partners into revenue-producing GTM channels.
• Strong executive presence with a hands-on, builder mindset.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure while executing.
