Salary: $60,989 - $200,500

What you will do

Identify and assess new opportunities across products, services, and operational processes.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to generate new concepts and promote a culture of open collaboration.
Build and maintain a clear innovation pipeline, guiding ideas from exploration through implementation.
Define success measures for innovation initiatives and track results to support continuous improvement.
Partner with Marketing to position new initiatives effectively in the marketplace.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in innovation management, product development, strategy, business transformation, or a related field.
Strong analytical, creative problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities.
Demonstrated success managing cross‑functional projects from concept through delivery.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English is required.

Nice to have

Collaborate effectively across teams and build strong working relationships.
Background in market research, trend analysis, or customer insights.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
