What you will do

• Support SMB client onboarding, pilots, and adoption across EMEA to help clients achieve value quickly.
• Configure and run standard use cases end-to-end using templates, then refine based on user feedback.
• Deliver clear, tailored demos and training to diverse audiences, focusing on feature importance.
• Capture user insights and translate them into actionable product feedback to shape platform improvements.
• Document best practices and contribute to playbooks for consistent client outcomes.
• Own discrete workstreams on wider client programs, managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

• Exposure to and interest in law, evidenced by an LLB (2:1) or equivalent and some legal work experience (0–2 years).
• Tech-curious and product-minded, with an interest in experimenting with AI tools and iterating on workflows, including basic prompt engineering.
• Strong communicator, able to translate between legal and technical professionals.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, capable of evaluating outputs and proposing pragmatic improvements.
• Proactive and reliable, consistently delivering and managing expectations.
• Comfortable with SMB dynamics, understanding the value of speed-to-impact and practical guidance.
