Location: Hybrid – Buffalo, NY

Salary: $130,000.00–$180,000.00 Annually

What you will do

  • Administer and support the TipQA infrastructure, including its Oracle database and application server.
  • Manage and execute software upgrades, patches, and implementations for the system.
  • Provide day-to-day technical support to maintain system availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems, including ERP interfaces and vendor portal.
  • Assist functional subject matter experts with application-related issues and inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve help desk tickets escalated by the Quality Support team and provide guidance to end users.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • At least seven (7) years of experience working with quality software.
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience with Oracle databases and application servers.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and vendor portals.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
