Outside Sales Representative (Software Sales): Responsible for prospecting and presenting Genius Point of Sale solutions to small and mid-sized merchants and restaurateurs to close deals. Location: Hybrid in Los Angeles, California, USA. Must live in the area relative to the job posting location and be in the field a minimum of 75% of the time.
Salary: Base Salary: $40,000. Annual On-Target Earnings (OTE): 1st yr $100,000+; 2nd yr $150,000+.

What you will do
- Prospect and run Genius Point of Sale presentations to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses.
- Close sales of business solutions with merchants and restaurateurs.
- Upsell current clients on other hirify.global products and services.
- Maintain regular communication with the Point of Sale District Manager.
- Maintain existing/prospective client records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (Atlas).
- Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first-time appointments, to secure quota.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must live in the Los Angeles, California area.
- Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 75% of the time.
- Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Works well independently and as part of a team, with a high sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
- Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.
Nice to have
- High school diploma/GED.
- At least two years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of the Restaurant and/or Retail industry.
