Salary: 125,000 - $145,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Define, track, and manage product KPIs, ensuring alignment with measurable business outcomes and performance targets.
• Lead product discovery efforts, including market research and data analysis, to identify and validate new product opportunities, especially those leveraging AI/ML solutions.
• Assure modern, intuitive workflow designs that optimize the clinical user experience and adhere to healthcare standards.
• Author detailed requirements documents, including epics and user stories, ensuring they account for clinical edge cases and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA).
• Act as the primary interface with Engineering leads to drive technical discovery and define product scope.
• Represent the company as a product expert in sales demos and customer meetings.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product manager experience in healthcare software development.
• 2+ years as a senior or lead product manager.
• Proficiency with workflow and communication platforms such as Jira, Slack, Miro, or Figma.
• Expert in clinical or healthcare domains, translating complex regulatory and workflow requirements into product features.
• Possesses exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge and experience using project management and design collaboration tools, including JIRA, SLACK, FIGMA, and other relevant AI/ML or documentation platforms.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences, Computer Science, or a related technical field is a bonus.
• Pragmatic Product Development Certification or similar accredited Product Management certification.
• Preference to AI software development for healthcare experience.
