We are expanding my team and are hiring a Strategy & Operations leader to drive the "internal engine" of our global Legal, Risk, and Compliance division.

The Mission:

- Deliver core Chief of Staff pillars: Manage global budgets, design the organizational architecture, and define the tooling strategy
- Drive Executive-Level Initiatives: Lead high-stakes special projects and strategic priorities that solve our most complex scaling puzzles.
- Institutionalize Scale: Evolve our operating DNA from high-growth startup to global powerhouse, including AI and Automation
