What you will do

  • Execute the EMEA marketing strategy, aligning regional plans with global priorities and sales targets.
  • Partner with EMEA sales leadership to drive pipeline, revenue, and market impact.
  • Build and develop a high-performing regional field marketing team across multiple countries.
  • Drive scalable demand generation programs, including targeted account marketing and regional campaigns.
  • Lead regional thought leadership and third-party programs to increase engagement with key decision-makers.
  • Utilize AI, automation, and MarTech (Salesforce, Marketo) to improve scalability and performance.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of marketing experience within a technology or SaaS B2B environment.
  • Proven success leading regional or field marketing teams with measurable revenue and pipeline impact.
  • Strong experience partnering with sales leadership in a matrixed organization.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, and broader MarTech ecosystems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel within the region up to 30%.
